Quality of Life Quality of life is the degree of comfort or pleasure one derives from one's usual actions. Quality of life reflects the gap between the expectations of a person and his/her present experience. Life expectations are usually adjusted to life circumstances the individual perceives to be possible. This is why even people who have difficult life circumstances are able to maintain a reasonable quality of life. |
