Visualization Visualization is a powerful tool which creates health through imagery. The technique of visualization consists of creating a mental image of a desired outcome, and repeatedly playing that image in the mind. It involves the use of imagination to produce a desired outcome. Although visualization can be used in many ways, in alternative medicine visualization sometimes occurs in conjunction with medical treatment. |
