If you’re concerned about food safety and environmental impact, youprobably already eatorganic, particularly at home. 

However, we all eat out occasionally and very few restaurants offer organic food. You can dramatically lower your exposure to chemical pesticides byordering the least pesticide-contaminated fruits and vegetables. You can alsolower your exposure by completely avoiding conventional meat, dairy, fish, andeggs at restaurants. These foods have have mass quantities of pesticides as theywere eaten by the animal supplying thefood–plus mercury in fish.
