Recipe: Southwestern loaf.

CyberParent Recipe Southwestern Loaf

Recipe
1 Potato, medium size, chopped
1 Sweet Potato,  medium size, chopped
1/2 Onion,  medium size, chopped fine
3 T Lentils, dry, uncooked
3 T Quinoa or Rice, uncooked

2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
2 tsp. Salt
3 cups Wheat Berries, cooked
1/2 cup Poblano Pepper,  chopped fine
1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Cumin, ground
1 T Canola or Olive Oil
4 T Oat or Rice Bran

Salsa

Peel and cut potatoes; chop onions and place in saucepan. Wash lentils and quinoa; add to potato, sweet potato, and onions. Cover with water and boil until done.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Place in greased, small loaf pans and bake in 350 degree oven until top is brown and slightly crispy.

Serve hot with warm salsa or cold with chilled salsa.
