Maria's Cajun Beans and Rice Recipe.
| One can black beans, 16 ounce. One package Cajun rice & sauce mixture. I use Lipton Cajun Style only because it has no hydrogenated fat. Be careful to choose one with no hydrogenated fat. 3 T. tomatoes with green chiles. |
Cook rice mixture according to directions on package. When
cooked, add beans, with liquid, and heat through. |
Serve in bowls with French bread or Bruschetta.
