CyberParents’ Recipe for Tomato/Vegetable SummerSoup
|1 cup mixed vegetables, cooked
1 can tomato soup
|Cook mixed vegetables by steaming or boiling. Use a mixtures such as onion, bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, squash–whatever is on hand.
Drain vegetables, if necessary.
Add soup and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then cool slightly before serving in the summer.
This is great with French or potato bread. Add a salad if you wish.
