Recipe: Banana Ice Cream
FWVS Banana Ice Cream Recipe Ft. Worth, TX
|.5 cup soymilk
3 cups frozen banana chunks
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: Chocolate Syrup
|Place all ingredients except chocolate syrup in blender and blend on high until smooth. Stop blender occasionally; stir up from bottom while pushing fruit to middle.|
Optional: Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
Freezing Bananas: Cut ripe bananas in 1-inch pieces; place on flat sheet infreezer. Once frozen, transfer to ziploc bag or airtight container. Use within a month.
