Carrie’s Healthy Pastry.

Though not quite as flaky as its French cousin, this pastryrecipe is healthy. It makes enough for a double-crust pie. If using for juicy pies, bakeon the bottom shelf of the oven at temperature of pie recipe. However, if using unfilled, bake in top of oven at 400 degrees. Vegan vegetarian recipe.
