CyberParents' Vegetable Pasta Recipe
| 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 medium bell pepper, chopped 1 T Olive oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1 medium zucchini, chopped 1 T Olive oil 28-29 oz. canned, diced tomatoes |
Saute oinion, bell pepper, garlic, black pepper in 1
T olive oil until onions are limp. Add zucchini, cabbage, spinach. Saute 3 or 4 minutes longer. Add mushrooms, basil, oregano, salt, and 1 T olive oil. Saute 3 minutes longer. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and saute for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta |
