In our humble opinion, food with meat, eggs, and dairyare not too healthy. Certainly they are not healthy enough to warrant any more recipes forthem. What we need in America today, if not in the whole world, are recipes that are veryquick and very healthy. If we have them, we can start moving in a healthy direction forour family. Unless you can substitute a non-meat product such as tofu or tempeh, pleasedon’t submit recipes with meat. Please do not submit fried foods or foods that haveanimal shortening in the recipe. Replace margarine with liquid oils because mostmargarines contains hydrogenated fat. Please replace eggs and dairy as followsor we will do it for you before publication:
1. Replace all milk and yogurt with soy or rice milk and yogurt. 2. Replace each egg with two egg whites. 3. Replace all cheese with some form of vegetable cheese. We give a recommendation under Hints.
After you have done all this replacing, try the recipe on your family.The will never know they are getting healthier. Then please pass it on by sending it to CyberParent.
