Create Workout Programs: Enter a group of exercises, sets and repetitions, then save it under a specific name. Later, you can enter an entire workout in one click. If you follow a routine, this lets you record a detailed workout in seconds. Custom Food Database Start with the built in, 7000-food database and create your own. In the future, when you're recording daily meals, a food and all of its nutrients can be entered in one mouse-click. |
