Fitness Knowledge Benefits Even the Long-Time Advocate: Hire a Trainer! |

By Jim Neumann |
Fitness: If we can employ a CPA to do our taxes, an attorney to do our wills, and a doctor to perform our surgeries, why not spend our monies with someone who can help us attain physical fitness, too? The role of fitness in health:
|
Physical fitness is a combination of proper exercise and proper
nutrition. Even the most strict vegetarian--one who never eats animal fat and eats all his/her veggies--can follow poor nutritional habits in other ways such as potato chips, soft drinks, etc. Even an exercise advocate for years--me--can benefit from additional knowledge. I just wrote this but I will write it again, "Pay me now or pay me later." We will pay eventually for what we don't know or don't follow. There is a path to fitness: A Personal Trainer I first employed a personal trainer to help me get rid of nagging stiffness and pains. I was astounded at her knowledge and what she showed me. What a motivator! All these years of my own fitness routine, naively thinking I was
doing it right. She thoroughly educated me on proper nutrition and more. Most of
my stiffness and pain is gone! Why not have your own, certified cheerleader keep you going? A
trainer can show you how to attain your goals without pains and strains. |
