Nancy replies, "I live in an apartment near work. I can walk to shops, parks, and the library. My apartments are going condo and I am tempted to buy my unit, even though it is not really comfortable in the summer or the winter. I know the windows leak, but even the walls seem to leak.
Charles muses, "We are renting our home because my wife is subject to transfer. I would love to do something about energy-efficiency but I hate to spend money I will never recover."
