Many people read an article about green building in Boston or Los Angeles, then follow those instructions when building or remodeling a Dallas-Fort Worth home. Unfortunately, many of the green building techniques suitable for Boston or Los Angeles are wrong for the North Central Texas area.

Or even when not completely wrong, many techniques for other areas are NOT what needs priority for green building in this area.
