Skylights |

From an energy-efficiency standpoint, few items have more friends and foes than skylights. Many North Texas green builders and architects use tube-style skylights in the homes they build and design. They believe the tubes are an energy-efficient way to bring light into a home without sacrificing privacy and without the leaking problems that have come to be associated with skylights. Skylights allow natural light into a rooms without sacrificing privacy. Certainly care must be taken to keep skylights small in the sunny south.
