Halloween: Orange and Black Jack-O-Lantern Dessert

Jack-O-Lantern Dessert

One navel orange per person
Frozen chocolate soy dessert or mango sorbet
Dark chocolate cookies, crumbled fine

Cut off the top 1/3 of the orange. Scoop out insides and reserve for punch.

Draw a jack-o-lantern face on oranges. Fill with chocolate soy dessert almost to top.

Finely crumble chocolate cookies and place on top of soy dessert. Leave some space for expansion when freezing.

Place top back on "pumpkin" and freeze until needed.

Variations: Fill with fruit such as orange slices, mango, or canteloupe, then top with raisins, blackberries, or dark blueberries.
