Exercise tubes naturally become more difficult as you stretch them.For example clipping on the yellow, green, and blue gives you 27.5 – 31.5 lbsresistance. Clipping on the yellow red and blue gives you 30.5 – 36.0 lbsresistance. The most resistance you can make is from all five (remember the black elastic is only included with Maximum Tension Bodylastics)and gives you 60.0 – 69.5 lbs resistance.

Circuit Training Video/DVD – The 36 minute video/DVD features 3 full body circuits with resistance and cardio moves for the beginner, intermediate and advanced exerciser.
