Best Solar Thermal System for DFW

The best hot water system for DFW and North Central Texas is a drainback system. If it is installed correctly (and this is important), it is better to use distilled water in the drainback tank. However, if there is any question about the proper installation, glycol should be added to the solar fluid to keep the water from freezing.
