It’s possible for a teen to change by changing thoughts.
Teens: changing just one thing about yourself can changeyour life. That is changing the way you think about yourself.

Do you know what that is?
It is changing the way you think about yourself.
……. Think to yourself: " I am unique and special. I am priceless. There has never been another person exactly like me. There never will be.another person like me either. I’m somebody special. I am me!"
Henry Ford was a great man. He once said, "If you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right."
He meant that you get pretty much what you expect to get from life. You get what you are thinking.
But that’s good.
Than means when you want to change your life, you only have to change the way you think about yourself. And viola! Life is better because you thing it is.
Try it. It works.
Just keep saying, "I’m somebody. I am the only person in the world just exactly like me. I’m unique. I can be what I want to be. I can change me to be like I want to be."
Draw a picture of yourself like you want to be. It doesn’t have to be a detailed picture. You are the person who will know what it means.
Hang this drawing some place where you can see it often. Or keep it in your notebook.
Each time you see your drawing, say, "That’s the way I really am."
As Ford said, "If you think you are or you think you aren’t, you’re right."
