Eric Wilson is a personal trainer and musician, the perfect combination for fitness music. His 60-minute CD takes you from warm-up to full speed and then back down again. The workout is designed for walking, jogging, hiking, biking, skating, dancing, cardiovascular exercise equipment, as well as many other forms of exercise. It contains just enough narration to keep you aware of the different phases of the workout without being intrusive.
Eric Wilson has more than 16 years experience in the health and fitness field. An athlete and assistant strength conditioning coach during his college days, Wilson has since worked with back patients, aging adults, and sedentary individuals.
The idea for this workout CD came to Wilson about four years ago as he was jogging with a friend after just leaving a drumming event. He considered those same rhythms as aids for his exercise pace and motivations for working out. From that idea Eric released Fitness Rhythms, his first motivational exercise CD.
