Citizen Gardener Organic Class Schedule here
The Citizen Gardner Program has finally made its way to North Texas! This program is a class designed to help every-day and beginner gardeners design, plant, and maintain their own organic backyard gardens while also giving back to their community.
Class participants will learn how to create their own productive organic vegetable garden in the right place, with the right soil, at the right time, and with the right plants. The class will be led by the knowledgeable and experienced AustinPermaculture instructor Dick Pierce with assistance from local backyard gardeners. Once the class is completed, a donation of 10 additional hours with the Citizen Gardener program certifies participants as Citizen Gardeners.
