Perry’s Chocolate Pudding Recipe Houston, TX
1.5 cups rice milk 3 T cornstarch 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/3 cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice 1/4 tsp extract Beat all ingredients together in medium sauchpan until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into individual serving dishes, then chill before serving.
Soy milk can be substituted. Rice milk is often sweeter.Warm pudding is good, too!
