FWVS Frozen Cranberry Dessert or Salad Recipe Ft.Worth, TX
2 12 oz. packages silken tofu 2 cups powdered sugar or comparable Succanat
2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce
1 can chopped pineapple, drained 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Put silken tofu in a food processor or blender. Whip until smooth. Add sugar or Succanat and blend again. Add cans of cranberry sauce and blend again.
Transfer to 8" x 8" glass dish.
Fold in drained pineapple and nuts. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
Cut into squares and serve.
